CoolStrip

CoolStrip is an animated vertical menu applet. Menu items can react to hover and click by changing color; a selector-bar can highlight the focused item; a scrolling arrow can follow the mouse up and down the menu; an image can be displayed above the menu for each item; sounds are supported. All colors are user-definable, as is the font, the spacing between menu items, and their alignment.
A colored backing strip can be placed behind the menu items, and a vertical line placed beside them, along which the arrow slides (if used). Once again, the colors for these are definable. A Testmode parameter makes it quick and easy to determine the best minimum dimensions for the menu.
